Trainers - Lead Trainers - How to Fill Out the Co-Training Feedback Form

As a Lead Trainer, you will receive an email similar to the one below with the name of the new trainer who you will be co-training with and providing feedback for. In the email, there is a link that will take you directly to the Co-Training Feedback Form to fill out once you have successfully completed the co-training with the new trainer. 

The Co-Training Feedback Form will look like this once you click on the link in the email. Once you have entered all of your feedback about the new trainer, click on the "Submit" button at the end. 

**If approved, the new trainer's account will automatically be updated and they will have full access. If their account is not approved then their account will be reviewed appropriately. **
