How to Complete the End of Training Form and Survey

Here are the steps on how to complete the end of training form and survey:

2. Hover over the 'Resources' link at the top of the page, then choose the 'Training Completion Form' link.

3. Type in your training information, name as well as fill out the survey based on your training class and add comments.

Note: How to select the correct version of T-PESS training:

For New Appraisers who attended a 2 day training using the Original T-PESS materials (valid through May 2021) select Original (2 Day)
For New Appraisers who attended a 1 day training using the 2020 Updated Materials select 2020 Update (1 Day)
For Existing Appraisers who attended the 1/2 day 2020 Update session select 2020 Update (Half Day) (There is no cost for the 1/2 day 2020 Update session)

4. Finally, click on the green 'Submit' button so that the notification will go to your trainer to approve your account so that your certificate will be sent to you through your email address.

5. Once you are approved by your trainer, you will get a confirmation email with your T-PESS certificate attached. See example email below.
